This factory and the head office are located in Medan Industrial Park, near Belawan port, the main sea port in the West Coast area of Sumatra Island in Indonesia. PT. MEDAN TROPICAL CANNING & FROZEN INDUSTRIES has started the production based on GMP & noticing the HACCP quality concepts and have been involved into the European, US and Japanese market for many years. This company also succeeded to achieve the EU Approved number from the European Union Commission office. With this EEC number enable us to enter the prestigious

European seafood market. The very excellent location of the factory is due to its near destination to the sailing port from some minutes to maximum 2 hours. This causes a very fresh input into the production lines. We supply to our customers mostly based on private label product, meaning that we produce the product with their own specification and tight quality inspection as well as their own branded label. Since our establishment in 1984, we have achieved steady growth each year. Our presence has created employment of thousand over jobs. After achieving the Best Exporter Award in 1995, our company is set to become the Indonesia’s successful model in food processing industries.
